Welcome to LP Vinyl Music
LPVinylMusic is a site dedicated to the LP vinyl record album. In spite of all the hype about vinyl on the web, there really aren't too many good places to reliably buy high-quality vinyl vintage LP recordings. This site will feature many albums for sale of different genres: primarily rock, blues, jazz and classical and primarily from the 1960s and 1970s, as well as many disc jockey/radio rarities.
Except as indicated, all of the vinyl for sale on the site is part of my personal collection, stored vertically in my living room and played only on the highest quality turntable and cartridge, with very light tracking. Many of the records were only played once and some not at all. Some are even still shrinkwrapped, as indicated below and many of the shrinkwrapped are sealed and new - never played.
Some of the recordings listed below have recently become available again on vinyl. Aside from the fact that today's new vinyl pressings are very expensive, they are mastered from a digital master. So for those of you who love vinyl in part because the recording and mastering process was analog, the only way to get the albums as originally released is to buy the original 1960s-1970s pressings. That's what we have for sale.
Promotional Recordings: Many of the albums below are "promotional". They have a label or imprint on the jacket indicating as such and that they are intended for radio use. However, none of these albums (except perhaps for some of the radio interview albums) were ever used in a radio station. Many collectors prefer promotional pressings and feel that they're worth more because they were usually pressed during the first pressing cycle.
Sleeves and inserts: All original sleeves and inserts are included.
Condition: EXCEPT AS INDICATED, all vinyl is "very good" or better. All jackets are "Good" or better. The biggest problem with some of the jackets are small tears on the spines as the acid in the jacket paper has deteriorated over time. But all are far better than what you'd find in the used department of any record store and far better then the junk sold on auction sites and eBay. If you have any questions about condition, please contact us before ordering.
How To Order
Simply send an email to order@LPVinylMusic.com and list the items you wish to order and your complete billing and shipping data. We'll send you a Paypal invoice and once paid, we'll ship.
Shipping fees: $3.75 for the 1st LP, $1.75 for each additional LP (except see SALE information above to get free shipping). Shipping outside the continental U.S. is extra.
Note: Due to increased packaging and handling costs, we must enforce a minimum order of $19.95 net of shipping.
All items subject to prior sale.
Thanks!

Very rare Beatles, recorded in 1962 in the back of a Hamburg club with a Wollensack tape recorder and released in 1977. This is where it all started. 26 tracks including an early version of "I Saw Her Standing There" and tons of rock standards, such as "Roll Over Beethoven", "Sweet Little Sixteen", "Kansas City", "To Know Her Is To Love Her", "Little Queenie", "Hallelujah, I Love Her So", "Matchbox", "Long Tall Sally" and more.

This was the first Beatles album released in the U.S. Capitol didn't want to release it, so it went to VeeJay. No longer available in this form (it was replaced by the British "Please Please Me"). Stereo/Bracket style logo/w the original version of "Love Me Do" and "P.S. I Love You". Some collector's guides claim this is worth $1600. You be the judge.
